We continue now with the final steps for exterior Frame Anchors. Frame Anchor Completion After the frame is set and the anchors are in place, a cement truck arrives and they pour cement to a height of about 4" all the way around the pool. They call this a collar. As you can see, the cement is pushed against the wall and covers bottom of each anchor.
The cement will set, holding the pool frame in place and locking the anchors in place. The anchors all have a second function, besides holding the pool frame in place. They are also used to support the cement deck that will surround the pool. That is it for the framing day. The next construction day is the floor.
Below is an overview of the times it will take to complete all the steps discussed on this page. Realistically, they will not happen one day after the next.
