Pool Liner

All most as soon as the floor is finished, the liner is installed.

The liner comes in a box, folded for easy and immediate installation. As you can see in the picture below, the liner is being unfolded right at the edge of the shallow end.

Also as part of the liner installation, the two intake values have heavy duty wet-dry vacs attached, with the hoses inserted into the pool area. Once the liner is in place, the vacs will be turned on to create a suction, drawing the liner tight against the walls. There is an air-tight seal for each vac, with the hose running into the skimmer intake area, and on into the pool. They will stay on until the crew returns to cut-in the openings.

The liner is unfolded completely and the crew of four pulls it to all four corners of the pool.

To complete the installation of the liner, there is an edge on the liner and a track as part of the coping. It simply tucks into the track.

The board you see on top of the steps includes a track to be able to hold the pool liner in place since the steps are open.

After the pool has some water in it, the crew returns to cut in the intakes, returns, and steps. We will discuss this and other details in the next section.
